The 7660D is an APU (integrated CPU and GPU). It's a couple of years old and performs about as well as a high-end Core i3 chip from what I can see around the web.
It will play this game, probably at rather limited FPS and med/low settings. The lack of L3 cache limits framerates when it's paired with a dedicated GPU, so I wouldn't bother spending $400 on a GTX 980 unless I were intending to upgrade the whole system.
I think probably something like a GTX670, GTX760 or an R9 270 should work well with it without breaking the bank. Of course, this depends on the resolution the OP wants to play at and whether the power supply has the chops to power a dedicated graphics card. If it doesn't, consider the GTX750ti, which powers itself off the PCI bus.
