Trying to update

For some reason, the update will not download any faster than 0.1MB/s.
I know my internet is fine, because i just did a speed test check and
i just finished updating Steam games at 3MB/s.

Any suggestions?

Okay so i walked away (like i do with most things that update on my pc) and came back, woke my computer up, and it had closed the frontier launcher and reset my download!
