TUN`S Wart has plenty of charity missions. Some food missions don't require you to leave the station because many of the foods they want are available on the commodity market - which doesn't make sense.
TUN is the place to get Federation ranking charity missions.

Yeah, that part's pretty handy. I'm there now, at 99% progression towards Chief Petty Officer. Just waiting for the BB missions to refresh, then I can finally qualify for the FAS.
