The system map has "Tuning" listed as a facility for most/all stations and settlements.

Good spot and thanks for reminding me (saw this the other day and then promptly forgot about it). So yeah ... what is it?
I wondered if it could be the ship integrity repair, that doesn't get fixed in a normal "repair all". But that seems unlikely.

Why remove it from the local map display, when you can keep everyone fooled?
And, GalMap has *no* flaws. Just worn out "R" and "F" keys...
My guess is: replaced by Engineers
