Horizons "TUNING" service at starports/outposts

In galaxy map, some starports/outposts list TUNING (among other new services).
Can someone explain what this is?

Sandro already said this is an artefact from previous name for Outfitting.

Was supposed to be fixed before 2.2 release.

Please file a bug report.
