Since 2.2 I keep seeing 'tuning' listed in the system map for station services. Anyone have a clue what it is?

Kind of. It was asked during one of the livestreams. Sandro said it's just an artifact that kind of creeps up from time to time.

No, they come under livery options which you can do any station in the galaxy now regardless of outfitting right?
