Turn electrified fences on/off

So the game tells us the security rating for when the fences are electrified and when they're not. Thing is we don't even have the option to actually control this, as soon as one part of the fence is inside a power circle it's powered, whether we want it to or not and it keeps eating our power that we could use for something else instead. And if we try and deliberately place it outside the power range we get an annoying message that there's a building without power...

I'd really appreciate it if we had actual control over whether we want our dinos behind powered fences or not. Especially our herbivores don't always warrent that kind of high sec and like I said that power could be very useful somewhere else and save us some costs as well. We had powered as well as unpowered fence options in the first game, so why don't we have those in this game, too? Not to mention that the offered selection of fences in general leaves much to be desired in the first place...
 
Wasn't a problem in the first game since we have unelectrified fencing options.

Naturally, electrified tends to be more popular given the security needs in both games, but the unelectrified fences did add flavor and reduced energy costs. In JWE2 I believe aside from people relying too much on the expensive backup generators, the fact all the fencing is electrified is also artificially jacking up power costs making it harder to start up a successful park.

Personally I would simply want the unelectrified fences back, its a more elegant solution to bypass a simple toggle.
