Turn materials into Engineer Rep.

For engineers that don't have 'sell materials to increase rep' explicitly, there needs to be a way of turning a bunch of materials into instant rep, instead of adding a level 1 mod to an unimportant system dozens of times one after the other.

I mean, the conversion rate already exists, it's just that the whole engineer procedure is agonisingly slow. At least if they licensed Amazon's one-click ordering it wouldn't anywhere near as long.

I agree with the idea,
my index finger hurt clicking all those times
to get back from 1 to rank 4.
Unnecessary timesink with a lot of waiting time,
due to server communications.
