Turning in a mission causes a CTD

Since just today as of (8:30PM EST) every time I turn in a mission the game crashes to the desktop with the error reporting window appearing, I fill out the report as usual. I did a validate files, rebooted my machine and did a pirate assassination test mission. When I return to collect my reward and select the reward type, I get a rotating orange star for 20 seconds and then get booted to the desktop. However thankfully the missions are being acknowledged as being completed when I log back in as my credits have increased as well as reputation and rank progress.

Any ideas?
 
and it's not just crashing here. Sometimes it crashes loading the damn game. Also when I exit, I have to use task manager to close it. What is going on?

Same for me, every time I turn in a mission my game crashes.

Yes, anything related to terminating a mission, collecting a reward, selling something causes crashes or Blue Cobra ("issues with the adjudication server"): every reward is basically frozen and closes the game. I'm surprised Frontier dosen't communicate on this because it makes the game pretty much unplayable at the moment.
 
It's "some" not "every". Being hyperbolic doesn't help fdev working out the issue.

And it's the weekend, so it might be busy for a while. I think I'll be concentrating on BG3 for a few days :D

I have the same thing. It seems that the Frontiers developers have been infiltrated by pests from Star Citizen. :)
 
they just confirmed and checking... "Investigations continue into ongoing reports of crashes, following recent maintenance"
 
I know they said at 9:20 they were fixed…. I hope they realise their fix has actually turned them off. It needs another update saying ok we are trying again?
 
Yep yep. Missions are AWOL and that appears to include NPC's who normally offer them too. Going to see if there's a ticket for this already.

EDIT - and they've changed the way tickets are being raised - I've reported it anyway but I need to get familiar with it all again. Apparently "Times are changing" according to the link @sallymorganmoore provided here:
