Turret weapon mode hot key?

Hello

I saw this: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php/104722-Turret-fire-mode-hotkey
But it has been closed without an answer from the dev.
So is this available? I can't find it in settings so I suppose it isn't.
I think I can say this is still wanted by the community.

Options>Controls>Driving -> Toggle SRV Turret

If the turret becomes automatic I'd argue it would become too easy to play.
