Tutorial of jumps with neutron stars

Hi Packo Jacko - thanks for the tutorial vid. For someone like me who as yet to attempt a neutron super-charged jump, this is exactly what I needed to (coughs) 'boost' my confidence in attempting my first one!

Nice tutorial cmdr! It may be prudent to check the FSD module after every couple of NS supercharges, this should be the only module taking damage from this manoeuvre, it should only be 1-2% FSD damage per GOOD Supercharge, depending how long you stay in the cone.

I would caution cmdr's that there is still a disconnection bug that has yet to be resolved.

If you are in a NS system & you get a disconnection error from the server, it is highly probable that upon re-load you are placed INSIDE the cone in normal space with your ship taking damage.
It takes calm actions & luck to get out of the cone with moderate modular damage, though quite a lot of pilots suffer ship loss.

This has happened to me twice now & although on both occasions I saved my ship, I have decided now to avoid NS systems until the bug is fixed - the sooner the better!

Thank you very much to all!!
You give me the courage to do more, even with the idea of creating a "pilot school". What do you think of the idea?

Thank You! I will try neutron highway soon. There are routes somewhere on the web to use mostly neutron stars for fast travel to destinations far away. Hope the passengers will appreciate that. :D
