Would the following specs be acceptable for a casual player playing solo avoiding mass melee combat where there is a lot of stuff happening on the screen.

180cd/m2 brightness
176 x 176 viewing angle
3000:1 contrast ratio
8 ms Response time
16:9 aspect ratio


Also I am using a 745 OEM GPU which isn't that great to begin with.

As the size of the screen doesn't affect how well a games going to run, as long as your system can play the game at 720p and your TV has the required connections it'll play the game fine.
