Twcs throttle issue

Seems that my thrustmaster throttle has about a 2% offset but only if i pull the throttle all the way down towards me. I cant seem to fix this even with in game dead zones....it causes me to always be moving even when i set the throttle to 0. I dont know what I can do to fix this. any advice?

I have the flight pack that has the throttle stick and peddles.

You mean thtottle that comes with t16000 hotas?
Im soo trigerred. Bought this half year ago. Worst and overpriced piece of junk. After like 2 monhs after purchase noise on yaw axis on stick and throttle (flippers "behind" throttle itself) is batshit crazy. Looks like potentioneters are sequeezed which causes issues. If you havent taken it apart yet then i suggest returning it and buying something else. I know, waiting sucks, once you go hotas there is no turning back. But later this thrustmaster sh.t will cause lot of frustration. Surely it works for other people but then if you google "t16000 yaw issue"..
i guess thats result of their recent "production cost optimisation".

But that being said, You might get away with Your issue by calibrating Your throttle, go to devices and printers->game controllers, something like that. Windows will learn new input range. Also it IS possible to migate with ingame dead zone setting. Meaby u are configuring wrong axis?

Edit:
Check these out

As the others say, the stick has an inherent problem with its yaw potentiometer (I've given up on the stick, but still use the throttle), but your throttle issue is probably just calibration. Windows calibration utility should work fine, but you can also do a google search for tm_calib_103.exe which is a Thrustmaster calibration utility and that should clear up your issue once you calibrate the throttle axis.

Agreed on the flickering, it's a nice design let down by cheap components imo.

There is a thrust master calibration tool that may help the OP, it's not easy to find the download though.

its not the stick at all just the throttle is giving me an issue at this time. Since i got this second hand still sealed theres no where to return this to.

in game i only touch the throttle dead zone but it doesnt help since the issue seems to be the throttle hits 112% on windows calibration and even in DIview it maxes out before i hit the physical limit. but only if i push up if i pull down it hits the limit when i physically hit but it wont let me go to 0 in game. It would be considered the Z axis on the controller and i am not sure what else I can do. I cant exactly wait to buy a new one since i already waited about a year to have a chance to get these.

Unplug the throttle, restart your computer & plug it in again. It should auto-calibrate.
I figured it out, it wasnt the throttle itself but the...Ill call it the c stick on the back of the throttle. it seems to have a drift for some reason. even recalibrating it seems to have one. gonna try it again in just a moment.
