Twitch Drop not on store page.

Today's "Summer Night Mango" Type-9 drop is not appearing here: https://twitch.frontierstore.net/elite
You have not needed that page for months after the linking is done... the system is auto dumping to the frontier account linked to twitch now...
Ater clicking on the twitch drop URL on your twitch account and claiming there, it shows in game ship livery/load out page...

Trouble is, it didn't today. Account linked, shows on Twitch inventory, and claimed. Not in game. And the page it sends you to to "raise a ticket" - has no raise ticket option: https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/sections/360004008360-Frontier-Store-Support

One has to a) be logged into that page (upper right corner) and b) "drill down" into a specific topic and then at the bottom of that page , there will be a button to submit a ticket...

Here's what they said:

"Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear about this!

I believe you should have received this paintjob automatically like the other recent drops but it definitely wasn't added to your account. I've gone ahead and added this manually for you, which should be reflected in-game upon your next log in :) "

Can't say fairer than that!

I think in most cases here where people have had interactions with the support team, they have had a positive experience.
 
I really hate that I missed this one. It's the first paint they've given out on the stream's that's been worth getting. Can you get it in the store? Or was it exclusive to the stream?

Exclusive, but if you catch the next stream you should be able to get it. And only 15 minutes required.

My T9 is wearing it now...

Being at work while it was on, I had to run the stream on my phone and just listen rather than watch...or put the headphones down when other things were required.

Night is exclusive.. the non night version is on the store already... the change is the gray is converted to white and it is no longer the night version then...
