Twitch Drop paint jobs

So I sat and watched the first Framshift Drive Twitch Stream for fun as well as for the Twitch Drops.

All 3 (the ancestral tattoos, purple flight suits and Type 9 Spring Paint job) are not present in my customisation options.

I have redeemed them via twitch drops, even re did the link before watching the stream, nothings present...

(Xbox player btw..., Just to make it more complicated XD)

Any advice??

If they show up in your inventory here and you've "claimed" them, you can send Tech support a ticket here, just fill in the information including a screenshot of those claimed drops. The photo has to include the drops you are missing. There's an option to upload a photo. This is the information they asked me when my Type 9 paintjobs didn't show up in game for me. Hope that helps

All items are claimable now as long as the 4 hour stream times were done...
Due to chromium power save I messed up the live stream windows lol
so those windows were inactive when the stream started late o well...

Of course it has to be more complicated than any other twitch drop. Because if it were as easy as others, players would actually claim them and not purchase. I'm sure having to go to the "STORE" to claim will never be confused with purchasing them from the "STORE" which is a different page with the same name... JEZZOUS FREAKING CRUST. Can you just do something straight forward without all the cryptic crap? This is a continuing community problem since Odyssey.. it's just crap community management.
