The best way to unlock those others is to watch the official Frontier Developments bi-weekly Elite: Dangerous "Frameshift Live" livestream on Twitch.

I think the next one is due next Thursday? (not 100% sure as they're leading up to their end of year christmas special), typicaly at 4pm UK time.

Someone from Frontier usually posts a weekly streaming schedule announcement on a Monday over here ..

I think it is a complication of FD's new "partner program" or whatever the call those streamers that were given a snazzy skateboard. Those streamers only seem to be giving the current seasonal pack so the purple pack now looks like it can only be obtained via an Elite Dangerous livestream - bit of a smack in the mouth for people in other time zones or actually "have a life". ;)


P.S. I wonder that they don't change the "Wings" nameplates to "Teams" now that we have to cow-tow to on-foot combat terminology. (Seriously, wings of spaceships now called teams - eugh!)

P.P.S. Anyone know why the Xmas repaints are 4.0 only?
