Twitch drops issue

First of all I apologize if this ends up in the wrong place as I have spent ages trying to find answers to what I need with no luck.
My question is I have received the Twitch drops for Elite Dangerous and for the most part they are ok however...

1> It appears the purple SRV & Fighter kit is there and can select them, it shows it as purple however as soon as I click back it reverts to standard colour, so will not lock it in.

2> The purple engine & weapons detail is not at all there and is asking to be purchased?

Any ideas please.

I had same problem... ended up having to making a service ticket.... they fixed it in under 12 hours.

Glad I am not the only one then! looks like a service ticket may be the way to go.

I had the same issue with the engine/weapon colour pack not showing up and can confirm that a support request will quickly resolve the issue.
