Twitch Drops Stuck

It seems that the Twitch drops that are currently running are stuck, i am onto the 3rd skin and its stuck at 60%, drops for other games work fine, i have even cleared my cache and i contacted Twitch support but they are totally useless and just keep copy pasting the same reply, saying that i just need to keep watching a participating stream (they are obviously not reading my message) and they just basically said too bad and closed my ticket.

I also cant seem to create a ticket on Frontier support, so my last option is to come here and hope that someone knows how to fix the issue.

Might be stating the obvious here but ...... To increase the bar you need to be watching a LIVE stream as it is being streamed.

LOL, you for real, surely your being sarcastic after what i said in my post about Twitches replies.

If not then yes i do realise that... i tried about 10 different LIVE streams with Drops enabled, it was working fine then it just froze at 60% as shown in the pic, and has not moved in over a week, even the popup you get in the chat window when drops are active is not happening either, and as stated other drops for other games work just fine, so its obviously a Twitch issue and not a me issue, so i am just hoping that Support sees this and looks into it.

I've seen no complaints from my viewers, had messages on my Saturday live stream saying people collected them all, after coming back to finish off the ones they started progressing on the previous stream.

Did you try a different browser? Different device? I presume you do have your account connected at https://twitch.frontierstore.net/elite ? (Double check that it didn't disconnect maybe?).

Other than that not sure what else you can do. Not sure if FDEV support will be able to help, as t seems like an issue on Twitch side TBH (albeit it may be local to your machine)

You do know that these drops are only enabled on certain streamers (those in the partner program) - there is one drop that is for general ED streamers but those three are partner program peeps only.

Yeah that's the weird part, other drops work fine so its not my browser, but in saying this i will try it, account is connected fine, i just tried different device (phone app) and nothing still.
I just tried a different browser and nothing still, but when i logged out and watched a stream the the popup in the chat box appeared and was on the first drop, and as soon as i logged back in, it was not working again, so it has to be a twitch issue for that specific drop and possibly just my account if your saying that everyone in your stream is getting them fine.

Thanks for the info, but yeah i already knew that, and i also know that if drops are not working on that stream you wont see the popup in the top of the chat box letting you know they are active.

If you haven't already done this, here's something to try.

Sign out of twitch completely.
Whilst logged out, go to a streamer other than the one you were viewing when the issue first arose.
Now log back in to twitch.
Give it a few minutes and see if the timer has advanced.

I know that's a bit 'stand on one leg whilst whistling Knees Up Mother Brown' and I don't usually advocate for witchcraft and the like as a troubleshooting process, but mine got stuck once before and that sorted it out for me. If it doesn't change anything, sorry for wasting five minutes of your time.

Thanks for your time, but no this doesn't work, i pretty much did this already as i said in a previous reply to another person, but i did it again when i got your message just to be sure, when i am logged out it pops up in the streamer chat saying there is a drop (the first 30min one) but when i log in and it refreshes that popup does not appear and the % timer doesn't move, i have even left the stream going just to see if anything changes but still nothing yet.
