Twitch Drops

Hello everyone,
first excuse my bad english but i‘m not a native speaker.

I have linked my Steam account to my Frontier account, but when I log into https://www.frontierstore.net under Play, neither Elite Dangerous nor Planet Zoo appears, I own both on Steam. Is that normal?

I also have the problem that I can't redeem my Twitchdrops even though Twitch and Frontier are linked. Twicht tells me I have one drop and the other is stuck at 3%. But I can't claim the received one on the frontier side. Is this problem known and is there a solution for it?

Oh the frontierstore page is hopeless - doesn't show things properly. If you look at your twitch drops and rewards page, just click to redeem and it / they will be available in-game because your first image shows that you are linked.

Thank you for your quick response. Now everything worked.
In the meantime I also found out why the progress had stopped. Because for some reason German streamers on Twitch don't count for the drops. But I did find an English speaking channel that I was able to follow to some extent :)
