I have accounts linked but nothing is showing on the Frontier site. Twitch shows as claimed.

I think the Frontier site showing Twitch drops is deprecated. It didn't show any Elite Dangerous ones even when they were happily being collected on Twitch. The drops (skins in Elite Dangerous case) were present in the game after collecting on the Twitch rewards page. So as long as your FDEV account is linked to Twitch then your drops should be there for you in game.

FDEV website is a bit of a mess in my opinion but FDEV support are great and they will sort out any issues you have.

I'm struggling with it as well but honestly don't really know what I am doing with Twitch. My Frontier account is connected. I just followed Heather's Inventory link and then eventually to the Planet Coaster 2 channel from here.....

But I can't tell which videos to watch in order to get the drops. Most of the videos showing are by random gamers. How do I tell which videos qualify? Thanks :)

Click on the arrow at the right side of Planet Caster 2 to expand the menu. Then you will see a link to live participating channels. Just watch any of those. You can asl ocheck the progress so that you are sure you it's working.

Oh yeah I see, thanks Aramar, it all seems to be working at my end, hat achieved.

I don't log in with a platform, I use email address usually. I did login with xbox and it still showed.

A couple of hours later, I noticed that I've earned the drops and claimed them but they don't appear in the game.

I'm still not seeing them on the website.
I claimed on Twitch but they don't show on the Frontier site to claim which they should.

Where did you claim them?
You have to download on Twitch and the website, for me though the Planet Coaster 2 drops aren't showing on the website.

From the inventory of an active campaign. Wish I could help more. Don't really understand any of it. Just play the game for fun. As you can see, it says I've earned these ones. They don't appear in the game.

Yep I see that you're mostly Elite Dangerous. It seems like a similar problem. As you can see above, rewards claimed, the in game avatar which looks nothing like me because avatar options don't exist, doesn't have the reward options.

...as I keep saying that's because you need to claim them on the twitch.frontierstore.net website too but we can't because they're not showing there.

No support from staff neither. Says a lot.

So I did that and I logged in and my Twitch was already connected and this is what I was offered, it seems like you have more chance than me. Planet Coaster 2 isn't mentioned.

I have the same issue as you. I'm also a player of Planet Coaster 2, that's what this thread is about.
I dont know why you think I play Elite Dangerous.

Have you linked your Steam account (click on manage your connections) in addition to linking your Frontier account? It's the only thing I can think off.
