Well maybe just a incremental response from security forces would make it? The forces would come outside of the station so they would arrive very quickly. The more the players would destroy in the station's vicinity, the harsher the response would be. A bunch of Elite Condas coming at the same time might prevent a lot of players from fooling around. Or it might also attract others for a giant firework party
