Two Hauling missions and didn't get paid

So there I was...

It's early in the morning and my coffee isn't having the effect I wanted, so I thought I'd sit for a couple of hauling missions and quietly Zen out. I did my first hauling mission with no fanfare, dropped off the commodities then completed the mission. I then searched for another and scored a nice hauling for a rather nice chunk of change. It was then on the way out of the station I was totaling up what I would have in the bank when I noted I was not paid for the last mission.


The previous mission should have dropped around 250K in my account, and the mission I was on was 400k. For the sake of my profile and my standings, I dropped off the next batch of goods and 'LO!... No money.


It's about 650K and I'm a new-ish player so that causes a bit of a rumble in the innards. I did note the missions were a bit above my pay grade, calling for a level of "Broker" and I being a lowly "Trader". So I might not be entitled to payment...


I tried the "log out / Log in" method (Have you tried turning it off and then On again?") But it was a no-go


Any ideas?

If you can take the mission then you get paid for it no matter what your rank is. I'm all the time taking missions that have a recommended rank above what I have. There is a bunch of clicking to get it all right and if you zig when you should have zagged then yep, I can see not getting the pay you expected. I'm NEVER quick on the click buttons and I read what is presented a few times over just to be sure I'm getting what I bargained for.

I'm going to write this one off to a server hiccup.

I'm not quick with a click, and I am known to take a boost in standing in leu of payment at times, so I often take a moment to consider what my course of action is. I just went back and did a couple of delivery runs and I could find no differentiation in the menus from pre patch versions, and I was paid these times.

No one is going hungry tonight over a minor game glitch, so Ce' La Vive….
