Two named planets in deep space?

Having Suicidewindered back from Jaques to the bubble, and heading out to look up non-procedural stars, I found something interesting in the Synuefe sector, and I wonder if anyone knows more about this. In the Synuefe MU-V c16-0 system (1066 ly from Sol), first discovered by CMDR Richoaust, the first two planets are named "Rich" and "Aust". Here they are:

The other bodies appear to be regularly named, though I'm still scanning them. Here is one example:

The galaxy map lists it as an uninhabited system, like all the rest:


I spent some time hanging around Rich, but no signal sources or anything appeared.

So, does anybody know what these two named planets are? Kickstarter backer rewards, a memorial, or some kind of contest reward perhaps? I'm quite curious, as I couldn't find anything on CMDR Richoaust - and as far as I know, there are no other named planets this far outside the bubble. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.)

Oh, and according to EDSM, four other people have passed through the system since it was added there on 2015. Dec. 24. See here.

Back in the Kickstarter, individuals who backed at a certain tier were to have something (planet, station, etc.) named after them somewhere in the galaxy. This is likely one of those. Other two-planet examples with the name split like this and discovered by the named player have been reported in the past.

Thank you for the answer! It's nice to know that there's at least one of these out in the black. Are there others outside the bubble, or is this me asking for spoilers?

I love the Frontier is dropping this storyline into the game, for me this completely new.
Also, I think the whole story is unique, the missing alone would be worthy for a proper movie.
