Two new fleet carrier ATC voicepacks

The ones we have are brilliant. But we can always use more!

Starting with - a female Russian, with a nice thick accent; should be the real deal - no faking.
And secondly a male Australian - think a sound-a-like of Russel Crowe or Paul Hogan; those'll do well.

You know this is low hanging fruit, ARX-wise.

I want a Scottish man and woman who's accent and slang are so thick you cannie barely understand them. With a dash of personality. I'm from across the pond (i don't even like to say the name of my country) so my only experience with the type of speech i'm talking about came from watching Chewing The Fat, The Still Game, and Father Brown- I cannie member if father brown was the shows name, ! I had to watch those shows over and over before I finally grasped the language. I know they are old shows but over here in demento land it was only about 5 years ago I got to watch them.

I do like to try to match the covas with the type of ship I'm assing it to. All of my Gutamya ships are Gerhart, seems to fit the ships appearance, And I don't speak a lick of german. Well, I know a few swear words. My anaconda is a frech lady, can't member her name, and I can't speak a lick of french. I have to find ships to place the Brazillian and Spanish voices. Don't know those languages either. I also haven't found which ship I'd like to place the Russian voice in. I do have alot of imaginative fun with the covas/atc voices.

I'm an ATC and frankly I'm just impressed we still use the same phonetics 1,200 years later.
I'd love for some "cowboy phraselogy", where ATC is busy and is more short with you, or is in a better mood and has that extra friendly exaggeration if you go there a lot. Also an actual cowboy voice would be funny too.
Having the option to hear all the other ATC commands would be dope as well. I wanna listen to who else is being cleared to land or depart
