Community Event / Creation Two NEW Radio Services Launched for CMDRs!

Just a heads up that there are now two new radio services broadcasting for commanders across the galaxy.

1) SOLitude Radio - http://solituderadio.weebly.com/
SOLitude Radio broadcast from the homeworld! This is a mix of score soundtracks, primarily sci-fi and fantasy, to accompany journeys around the galaxy. There is a genre schedule in place, but not being carried out during this test transmission period. However, there are some great soundtrack cues on there to enjoy, being added to daily.


2) Radio Titan - http://radio-titan.weebly.com/
This is a mix of todays hits and feel-good tunes, broadcasting from Titan City, for people who prefer more mainstream music while they blaze their own trail. The general feel of this station is a "big city station" feel, with fast paced jingles and promos to create an upbeat feel-good sound.

Both stations are very much a work in progress at the moment, but with plenty of content to enjoy. Any feedback and suggestions are welcomed.

Well exactly haha!

The music library for SOLitude Radio is being added to daily, the most popular tracks appear to be from the Star Trek franchise, Lost, and The X-Files, etc. We're also rotating tracks from a large amount of other well know movies and TV shows, such as The Matrix, I am Legend, Dexter, and the loads of others, so feel free if there's a soundtrack you would like included in our rotation :)

One thing we are steering away from is news broadcasts and updates, as this is covered by other stations in the galaxy (Lave Radio and Radio Sidewinder, both of which are excellent at what they do.) We aim to provide purely atmospheric soundtrack scores, with less interruptions.

As far as Radio Titan is concerned, that is more of an upbeat, feel-good station, which we hope to add quirky presenter links to in the coming weeks. Think of the style of the GTA radio presenters and you'll get an idea of where we want to take Radio Titan.

Should hopefully be good fun when it all gets off the ground!
