Powerplay Two short questions

Hello,

never bothered with powerplay, but now i would like to test it out. Buit first i would like to ask you (the veterans ) two questions.

will i get a bounty on my head, if i attack and kill an enemy faction npc/player?

how dangerous is it to travel through a system controlled by an enemy faction? Will i get interdicted all the time?

Interdictions will increase in general, including within friendly territory.

And yes, bounties apply normally for the elimination of ships of other powers.
