Two suggestions for the fleet carriers

The new fleet carriers are just great. But there are two things that would make them perfect.
1. A shooting range. Have a closed space with no fire restrictions to test weapons, do some target practice etc.
2. A private quarters for the commander, with a view over the docking bay area. Then I can sit there in silence watching the ships come and go.

If they made it's price 1 Billion , and the only upkeep was for the services you put on it....I might get one , other than that they are a pointless waste of space.
