Two things I learned today

1. Flying an Asp with 2x fixed Beam and 4x gimbaled MC is not the same as flying a Vulture in a CZ. Wow, the difference in how the ships handle and the firepower is astonishing. I kind of knew there would be a difference but I was not prepared for how much. Of course my Asp is built out for exploration but I have all A gear in the critical internal systems.

2. Spongebob Squarepants is still funny for this 45 year old guy. Now if I could just convince ED to develop a Spongebob Squarepants paint job for an Asp or Diamondback......

Definitely agree on the Spongebob point :)

Cannot comment on the other as I do not have a Vuture (although my missus says my Asp is quite nice)

Yep, everything feels like nerf guns after you get used to large weapons. I decided to go pick up my Freagle which had been languishing at the starter dock. I had enough money to A grade and put decent weapons on it. On my way back I stopped at a Nav point for some fun. The Eagle was great fun to fly, but it took forever to kill anything. Not a fan of SpongeBob <sorry!>.

wait till you get a Huge hardpoint to play with :) I've recently been playing with the FDL and its just an all around monster!
