Type 10 defender, is that you?

You make a good point. I don't want the forum to tremble, because it's me that will be here to feel the trembling!

I kinda hoped our Christmas treat would be finding a USS with Thargoids getting their barnacles whipped by a Wing of Type-10's and then Aegis hailing us "successful test CMDRs, let's rush this one to market!" with shipyards offering the beast a week or two later...

I would laugh like hell if Frontier are trolling us and it turns out to be a Sidewinder with an extra hardpoint [wink]

But we have already seen the Type 10. It's like a Type 9 but has extra engines on the side.

EDIT: It will already be in the Dev environment already, but not in any shipyard. The fact that it's already designed, appeared in renders and noted in multicrew supports this. Like every other Massive ship, it will be able to pitch without any care for crew on board. (Anaconda anyone?)

Guarantee, without a doubt, there will be a CG to deliver metals to an Alliance System to support Lakons efforts to manufacture the ship. Once that's complete, it will be available.

Someone's forgetting how slow a type 9 turns, or a Cutter for that matter.

So I'm recently binge watching Dark Matter. I really dig the Raza (hero ship from series). It then dawned on me that the proposed T10 Defender and the Raza look very similar. The T10 being slightly less bulky.

Raza T10
