Type 6 cant travel?

I just bought a Type 6, outfit it with a B class level 3 FSD, D class everything else, and upgraded all the cargo racks. It won't jump past 6 Ly, which leaves me stranded. I've seen others say they can go 14 Ly. Is this a recent nerf to Type 6s or do i just not have the right parts?

You need a Level 4 FSD, the level 3 has an optimum of 100Tons. The T6 by itself weighs 155Tons, that will affect your range. Ships too heavey for the FSD.

When buying for a new build always check the ED ship yard.
