Type 6 Transporter Proximity Alert Bug when docked

Hi, not sure if this is a new bug introduced in last patch, as I only bought my Type 6 yesterday.

Every time I dock (using docking computer) the remainder of the time I'm in the station services menu I can hear the Landing Bay proximity alert going off, a really high pitched alarm sound.....extremely annoying. I can workaround it by going into Map View and back out again, then it stops, but this is a pain. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's not a proximity alarm, it's the docking computer making that noise. It's an old bug from early beta, it seemed to have crept back in during the last Beta. We reported it, but I guess it never got fixed.

Anyone know if Frontier has updated the AI on the docking computers? Haven't used one since beta and IMHO the best part about them is the music.

Yesterday's patch did have some tweaks to docking AI. I noticed that the docking proceedure seems shorter now, and it now slows the ship down right before you hit the landing pad so that it doesn't feel like you are slamming onto the pad. Perhaps a minor change, but welcome.

I haven't heard any proximity or docking computer noises since the patch. In a T6 also. <edit> Doesn't seem to be banging into the landing pad. Doesn't seem any faster. :)
