I loved the T7 when I used it for a CG... and I love the Jumbo Jet sound it makes. It was a decent trading vessel, until I had the money for a Python.

It's very poor in combat, as it should be.

The one odd thing about it is that it can't land on medium pads - while a Python can. Maybe it's down to the physical dimensions of the ship - too long for the medium pad? In any case, it's very weird. It would have made sense that T6 - small, T7 - medium, T9 - large.

Surprised by that. My T7 holds 200 T whereas my Asp only carries 120 T. That's +67%. Not worth having?

If there's any disappointment, it's that it's not outpost capable, as would be an Asp or a Python. But then the T7 carries more than a Python too.

It's some more cargo, but you lose agility of both types, speed and maneuvering, you lose outpost docking, and you lose speed in SC. For it's size is the T7 a pathetic tradeship, even the Python can hold more and keep outposts available, it costs more though.

I had a T7 for a short time, would not get it again.

260T, range is a bit low though, but that thing can still bite back if you bother it.

The T7 would really need more capacity for it's size or be shrunk to fit medium pads, otherwise it seems not worth it but that can everyone decide themselves I guess.

It's the T7's height. It's too tall for a medium pad when it drops down to do the 180 on launch. If outpost pads had the option to not swing around (which doesn't make a lot of sense on outpost pads), it would be able to land at outposts but not to enter the hanger.

well after a bit of sole searching I bought one , it can be a very good money earner you fly with fingers crossed that you are not attacked which makes your heart beat faster . but with a bit of spec it should stand up well .

You were searching the bottoms of your feet?? Why would you look there for an answer??
