Newcomer / Intro Type 8 pack purchase question

It's been awhile, and it took me almost half a day for Frontier's servers to condescend to take my money, but HOLY Cow the ship looks nice. My only question is.. I bought ship pack, my ARX are gone, I'm parked in Shinrarta and have NO IDEA where this thing is supposed to be. Now, if this is just an unlock to buy the ship early, I'll be a bit ed given I probably could have waited a few weeks, but my understanding was the pack came with the ship, and it's supposed to be in my collection when I spawn. I checked transport just to see if it dropped elsewhere, but no joy.

And if I DO have to go spend my hard earned credits, someone wanna point me in the direction of the closest dealership to Jameson Memorial?
because it is probably relevant, I am running in VR on the Horizons client, as last I heard Frontier abandoned support for it in Odyssey. If this is my issue please let me know.

Go to any working shipyard and look for a prebuilt ship option that should cause your ship to appear as available in that shipyard. There is IIRC a shopping bag icon.

The new ships are/will only be available for credits running Odyssey, but can be used in Horizons after purchase. I thought VR was only downgraded to a flatscreen view when you were on foot but worked as normal in the rest of the game.

Gotcha. I'll take a look into it. As far as VR in Odyssey... I haven't played since around the time of fleet carrier launch, so my info is that far out of date.
