Typo on Spirit of Laelaps in current CG

That one has been on megaships since I started playing... They just haven't got around to fixing it yet

I really wish they’d change it to Carbo Bod. Just for the lulz.
So which is worse - a typo in the game, or the fact that someone hasn't noticed it for so many years?

Most likely is - I let my mother put some garden waste in the boot two summers back to take to the dump, on the proviso that it was dry stuff.
My car stunk for weeks after as it had decomposing plant spaff water in it. And leaked like a git. Wasn't happy. It smelt like I was driving inside my stinky cricket kit for about a month. And it was summer.
Typos aren't uncommon. It took me nearly two years to notice that the Rare good The Waters Of Shinrarta were actually The Waters Of Shintara.
I started a thread on it but it's been lost in one of the inaccessible archives. A few people, including FD people if memory serves, defended it on the grounds that the two names didn't necessarily refer to the same place, which seems like a bit of a stretch. Forum user Liqua -- who named the Founders' system -- stated in a PM that he didn't name the Rare good, just the system and planet, but that he wished he'd noticed it.
I suspect it was, and remains, a typo but was kept for the sake of saving face against the first- and third-party lore references to it which would need to be changed.
Maybe if we ever get to walk on the Founders' World we'll discover that they store the waters in carbo pods.
