No, the system didn't turn off during the saving process. The game's been crashing a lot on the PS4, but during this particular crash it seems to have reset everything in the game. Luckily my save files are intact, but all of my Challenge Mode progress is lost (I had completed all of them on Jurassic difficulty with the exception of Sanctuary, Isla Nublar 1993, and Isla Sorna 1993).
In the save files, if I have an animal with a Challenge Mode unlock skin applied, it will show up as an option in the creation lab, but all other unlocked skins do not appear.
It is sooooo frustrating! I've spent many, many hours completing the maps in Jurassic difficulty and I don't have the energy (or time) to complete them all over again.
