I'm in Tun, my home base. There's 8 factions total in system, 7 of which are Federation. Of those 7, I'm allied with 4, and the other 3 I'm friendly with. And yet even with those odds, it took me 5 board flips to see ONE rank up mission (which thankfully it was a courier one, not an assassination, cuz I haven't been a combat pilot since 2.1 or 2.2, so at least they seem to have fixed the assassination mission only glitch).
Is it me, or does that seem a little....lacking, in frequency, especially given they said they increased the frequency of spawns?
