[UI] FSD Inhibition Factor indicator

Could it be possible to add a real-time FSD Inhibition factor indicator ? The game already calculates it in real time (roughly 3km distance from ships, and you can determine when there is no more inhibition), so an indication of this factor could help determine if, for example, the anaconda that is firing at you is still blocking you from jumping without targeting it ;)

I made a (very quick) mockup for this :

Something like this wouldn't block the view, and could be easily readable (red number : FSD inhibited, green number (or nothing) : inhibition factor normal)
