Tonight I accidentally canceling two big quests when checking them on my Transactions tab, because when you open an active transaction, the default selection in that panel is "Abandon" instead of "Back", and there's no confirmations after selection "Abandon" like "Are you sure you want to cancel this Transaction?", which any UI designer with half a brain would include in the first place.
