UI improvements for visually challenged people

Hi,

I don't have the best eyesight and I was wonderfully surprised to find out you can scale the UI. This is fantastic, I couldn't play the game without it. However, the cursor is still s problem for me, especially since it's small and white, I often loose track of it on the white menus or generally on the screen.

My suggestion is that you also give people the option to scale the size of the cursor and change the color of it.
