UI not working! Help!

Recently I turned off the UI of the ship in order to take some pictures, but ever since I can't for the life of me turn them back on!

It is still ctrl+alt+G isn't it?

If not could someone be kind enough to help me on this?

It is very difficult to fly without any form of flight instrumentation.

It is for me. I think there is a binding in the options menu...
