I guess this one was inevitable since I did one for the Pacific ocean. The Mediterranean seems to be the most requested body of water as a theme for a dlc, and for good reasons.
Rules
Rules
- You must pick up to 4 OR 7 habitat animals, depending on whether you want a Scenery pack or Animal pack.
- You can pick only 1 exhibit animal (but you can chose to not have one).
- No extinct animals, but animals extincts in the wild are okay. No fantasy animals or unverified cryptids.
- You can vote for one animal to be the dlc's mascot (the one put at the forefront of its banner) by writing "Mascot" between brackets.
- All animals must be native from the Mediterranean sea. The rules for what is considered part of the Mediterranean sea are as follow:
- All seas, gulfs and other bodies of salt water contiguous to the Mediterranean are considered part of the Mediterranean sea until you reach the strait of Gibraltar OR the Bosphorus. So the Aegean, Adriatic, Alboran seas, etc. are all taken into account.
- Islands entirely surrounded by the Mediterranean sea are considered part of the Mediterranean sea.
- The coasts of continental land masses touching the Mediterranean sea are considered part of the Mediterranean sea, to a reasonable extent (don't use it as an excuse to include an animal who doesn't live North of the Sahara, for instance).
- Barbary macaque
- European rabbit
- Kri-kri/Cretan ibex
- Egyptian mongoose
- Mediterranean monk seal
- Dalmatian pelican (Mascot)
- Grey heron
- European spider crab (Exhibit)
