Ships Un-Engineered Jump range

I'm kind of confused. I read the wiki on each ships max Class-A jump range and it doesn't seem to match up with what I can actually put together.

The Anaconda for example is listed as having a 41ly max jump range but when I strip out everything and put Class-D modules in whatever's left, I only get to 31ly.

I noticed the same issue with some other ships.

What am I doing wrong? Was there an update some time after the wiki was written that changed the numbers and it simply hasn't been updated?

That is the absolute best case scenario. Not sure about 41 LY but you can get 39.8 with something like that https://s.orbis.zone/eq_n . On the side note, keep it in mind that you can use much smaller power plants if you setting your modules priority correctly.
