Unable to change keybinds in Odyssey

When I try to change my binds I get this message in the screenshot, anyone know how to resolve this?

what controller are you using is it plugged in?
are you normally using more than one controller is that plugged in too...………………….

Only one controller, Thrustmaster HOTAS One

I have an XBox controller but it's only plugged in for certain games, otherwise its disconnected.

Fixed it.

Had to delete all of the Ody Binds, then ED copied over my custom binds from Horizons.

Just a hint I learned along the path, make sure to have the controller plugged in and turned on, prior to the start of the game.
