I downloaded Jurassic World Evolution 2 on PS5 thanks to the PS+ Premium. I have not put it down and have put quite a few hours into the game. I want to platinum the game, however one trophy is not allowing me to complete the game, its "I Can See Everything" which is to complete 100% of the database.
I am stuck at:

107/110 Buildings
25/27 Fences and Paths
For characters, I am missing four that say "Can be unlocked by completing a Chaos Theory Island: Jurassic World Dominion/ Biosyn Sanctuary
The fences and paths I am missing invisible fence and classic facility path.
I am playing the base game and did not think I would need to purchase the DLC to complete the base game. Is there anything I am missing, or do I need to pay for the dlc?
Is it only the Dominion Biosyn Expansion or would I need more to complete it?
