unable to complete salvage mission

standard salvage black box mission....now this might be a fluke but....
I go do this mission, collect the black box, pretty simple.....get interdicted get the black box but noticed it triplicated when i picked it up.
Now i have three black boxes and it won' t let me complete the mission.

basically i am wondering is it broken?

Yep, i did 3 salvage missions since yesterday, two of them was bugged, same i collected the items and the status completed of the mission don't show up.

okay so confirmed broken then. thanks for the feedback.
suppose 4 months until next patch with broken mission system is not too bad.
