Newcomer / Intro Unable to find a C1 gimballed pulse laser for Eagle

Hello,

I have read in various forums and blogs that it is possible to mount C1 gimballed pulse lasers on an Eagle.

I have traveled to various hightech stations with large populations but the best laser i can find for my eagle is a G1 gimballed pulse laser.

Do I need more reputation or what do i need to do to get C1 gimballed pulse lasers for my Eagle. Or a these websites (https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=32023, http://barkandbyte.blogspot.de/2014/08/byte-elite-dangerous-ship-comparison.html) simply wrong?

"C1" means class 1, not rating C. All small (class 1) gimballed pulse lasers have rating G. The websites aren't wrong, you're just misinterpreting them.

There are no letter quality designations for weapons. a size 1 gimballed pulse will be a size 1 gimballed pulse, no matter what letter designations there are. This is currently in game, there are rumors that after power play they will be introducing weapons that are different.
