So far I went to 2 different systems to get a guardian module blueprint, both times after I did the whole drill,I didn't get any blueprint after scanning the Ancient Data Terminal. Playing Solo, I only have 1 vessel bp and 2 weapons bp, so today was my first time doing a module bp. I don't know if this has something to do with odissey or is a known bug, but I'd like to know if anyone else is having this problem.

Nope. I'm in the bubble though.
I've run into exactly the same problem. Scanned it once, and thought maybe I had done it incorrectly, so re-powered the pylons and scanned again. Nothing. Reset the experience and tried again, same result. Tried at a different site, nothing there too. Events happened exactly as described in a number of guides every time.
(Yes, used Data Scanner, not Composition Scanner).
At least I have a bunch of sentinel wreckage.

Same, just tried today, Nothing. whole drill scanned twice both times, no blueprint.
I was playing on the odyssey servers. Switched to Horizons and when I logged back in the structure was in a completely different part of the planet. When I did it in Horizons, got the module blueprint first try. Afterwards switched back to Odyssey.
