All - I'm struggling loading cargo from on any mission board from any port / sector - when I try I get a "Connection Error: Unrecoverable error on transaction server. Error Code: Yellow Adder." and then kicked back to the main menu. I've tried multiple ports / missions, no success. I've tried lowering my MTU to 1450, and 1400, no change there either. Rebooting PC, no change. Uninstalled complete game and reinstalled - same problem. I opened a case with support, posted the netlogs and that I attempted it with multiple missions and multiple ports and some of my troubleshooting efforts and the response message I got was not exactly helpful especially after waiting two days for a response -
"From what I can see from our logs it seems that the disconnections that you were suffering from were due to a specific mission as you described.
It seems that there is something not quite gelling on our servers and it does seem that this is the mission cargo on this occasion, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you!"
I tried it again this evening, same exact problem - I replied to my ticket this time with screenshots but until support responds, does anyone have experience with this and how to resolve?
