Unable to Log in through Steam

This morning I attempted to log into the game through Steam, where I purchased Elite. I last played the night before without issues.

When I attempted to launch the game a pop-up came up prompting me to log in to my Frontier account, which I did.

From the a new pop-up comes up stating a verification code has come to my email.

When I enter the verification code a new pop-up states I need to purchase/redeem Elite Dangerous.

What gives? I own the game on PC through Steam already...

I created an account on Frontier and looked around before purchasing the game. I bought the game through STEAM. Now that it has downloaded i launch it through STEAM i brings up a launcher that asks me to create a new account or use existing. Well, ill use the one that i have. I get the please verify email, not a big deal, punch in the verification, tells me to buy the game. i have the game through STEAM.

tried that, im logged into the Frontier account page, and this is what i get still.

if i could just contact an actual support person that would be great. it keeps directing me to the forums. sorry, but you guys cant verify that i made a purchase.

Had to go to partner key and then click link account, very frustrating but did solve login in issue so far
