Unable to log into ED app on ipad

Hi there
I have repeatedly tried to log into the app on the ipad and it keeps reporting invalid credentials? what login name do you use? capt name, email address forum login id ? thanks in advance for any replies and assistance

Use your email address not commander name.

Makes no difference, i and many others have had this problem since it was announced. A reinstall doesnt work, and affects ipad 2, ipad 3, iphome 4s and iphone 5. Some ppl have had sucess. Its not bothered me tbh as others have reported it so FD dont need me piling on tickets. Theyre aware

Good to hear trying re-install fails. I was wondering on that option. I will wait and see if it is fixed

Same here... and yes, a little hint on what "credentials" to enter would be cool, especially as it is NOT your CMDR Name!

Started getting an authentication request every time the app ran. Then it changed to invalid credentials. Reset my password on the site and tried again.
No joy.
Can't get into the app. It worked fine in the beginning.
Uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly.
I think I'll wait for version 2.

It's a known issue at present. I've raised a ticket and had an quick response saying they're working on it.

Just logged in ok, needs a Dev update as I have an adder and it is not showing says I have 3 ships but only shows 2...
